Alright,I figured out Mod Status and Custom Ranks...

Now whether or not anyone has the powers of a mod is uncertain...

Would I be that rate, seeing as I have a mod rank.

Well, I havn't been a mod before, so i'm sure I need to learn some stuff. Anyhow, from what i've seen, nothing seems to have changed. I can't do anything more then I could as a normal user. So I have the rank, but not the power's from what I see.
